Just as I was about to comment on how Gmail’s new compose screen still hasn’t shown up yet, there it was. Good thing I checked it first before saying anything more. Now let’s see if Google Voice is now available internationally and not just for North Americans.

What if you were to go back in time and bring current technologies to 1977. What would they look like back then?

New compose window for Gmail on iPad

Try as I might, I haven’t managed to see this new compose window. Signed out, closed the window, signed back in, still getting the old version. Maybe in a few more hours. I actually don’t have that much problem with  the compose window on Gmail. My primary issue is the inbox which is much too narrow to see the subject title properly whether it’s in landscape or portrait view. Someone at Mountain View needs to fix that. Stat.

Managing blogs

I have way too many blogs. Eight Twitter accounts I can handle, they’re just snippets, but seven blogs? This one makes it eight and I’m not counting the one I abandoned three years ago. That’s a lot of writing commitments, not to mention the writing pieces I get paid for.

Of those eight, four are personal blogs, two of which I think I can merge but I’ll lose certain features depending on where I merge them to as they’re on separate services.

Now even if I were to merge two or more, I’ll still need to determine functions of each seeing as there’s more than one purpose. The thought process of determining whether to keep or to merge and the specific features of each service are worth a blog post or two of its own.
