Tweetie for Mac gets an update. Version 1.2.7 identifies itself correctly instead of saying it’s Twitter for iPhone. It’s now completely free, there’s no more option to purchase and there’s no more ads as per July 1. Unfortunately there’s still no support for native retweet, no way to block an account, no option to report account as spam, and does not follow conventions set in Twitter for iPhone in regards to quoting tweets.
