Handing over my Nokia N9 to dad. He has little trouble adapting to the software keyboard while having to transfer his 70 or so contacts from his old monochrome Nokia.

In terms of ease of use, Nokia’s MeeGo is far superior to any Android even today. Everything is just so goddamn straightforward.

I’m still lamenting its cancellation. Really wished Nokia had managed to pull this off a year or two earlier. If it had come out in 2009, it could have seriously dented Android’s progress and throw public support back to Nokia. – View on Path.
